Danger Zone Dance Company Presents

“A Walking Nightmare”

AVPA’s Danger Zone Dance Company (DZDC) presents “A Walking Nightmare,” a new and exciting fall concert coming soon to a high school campus near you. This very special dance event features dances especially choreographed for the sites in which they are performed; trees and shrubbery, bike racks and corridors, stairs and stoops. Touring around the front and center of the Culver City High School Campus, an array of dances are hauntingly and humorously presented to the songs from Nightmare Before Christmas, composed by Danny Elfman. A dance event for the entire family, come and see this unforgettable feat of creativity!

Audience members are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and shoes for walking outside. “A Walking Nightmare” will be presented on Saturday and Sunday, November 19th and 20th. On November 19th there will be a 5:00 PM and a 6:00 PM performance, with a free screening of Nightmare Before Christmas at 7:00 PM. On Sunday, November 20th, the performances will be at 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Presented on the Culver City High School Campus, 4401 Elenda St, Culver City, with general admission tickets for $10; discounted price of $5 for ASB, faculty, seniors, and children under 12. Your RSVP (https://www.eventbrite.com/e/a-special-avpa-fall-dance-event-a-walking-nightmare-tickets-28984170434) is requested to plan for each of the performances’ audiences.
