Audition Requirements

Where to Sign up: Sign up sheet for auditions is posted on the door of RM 108.

When (Dates of the Auditions):

Individual Singing time slots held in RM 108
Monday Dec 11th, 2023 3:45pm – 7:00pm
Wednesday Dec. 13th, 2023 5:00pm – 8:00pm

Group Dance Call back held in RM 107
Thursday Dec. 14th, 2023 5:30pm – 6:30pm

What to Prepare: Please Prepare a 60 second portion of one of the songs from “Mamma Mia” for your audition. The list of songs are below along with the backing tracks to use. Choose a song that showcases your singing/acting ability. Our recommendation is to pick a song that the character you would most like to be cast as sings.

Please note:

Arrive early to your audition time. You will need to fill out some audition forms and list which song and where in the accompaniment you are starting for example: “Honey, honey” – Start at 1:02 in the accompaniment.
Make sure you have a list of all conflicts in the spring.
For the dance audition: wear clothes you can move in. You will be dancing barefoot. Hair must be secured away from your face.
Make sure you practice and prepare. Do not procrastinate and try to have it memorized the night before.
