Financial contributions to the AVPA Foundation from parents, alumni families and community members are a critical part of the funding for this outstanding arts education program.

The contribution requested from each AVPA student’s family is $200 per year ($100 per semester). In reality, the AVPA Foundation needs to raise $500 per student per year on average. Your additional contribution is used to pay for workshops by guest artists, enrichment activities and field trips, transportation, production expenses, and supplies and materials. All students are accepted into AVPA, regardless of any family’s ability to donate.

The AVPA Foundation is a Section 501(c)3 nonprofit and your gift may qualify as a charitable deduction for federal income tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor or the IRS to determine whether a contribution is deductible. The AVPA Foundation Tax ID number is: 20-3270837.

Each year, the AVPA Foundation raises over $500 per student to support each of the five programs that comprise the Academy of Visual and Performing Arts. Because of your generous gifts, we are able to bring dreams to life – through theatre, art, dance, film, and music. Thank you!
